Using the services

You must follow applicable laws and the rules of any third-party platform you use with our services. You are responsible for your account, your actions, and the content or settings you submit.

• Do not use the services to break the law, harass people, distribute harmful or malicious content, or violate another person's rights.
• Do not interfere with service operation, probe or bypass security controls, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not abuse the API, update endpoints, bot, or dashboard through spam, automated traffic, or attempts to disrupt availability.

Discord dashboard and bot

Dashboard sign-in is provided by Discord. You authorize the dashboard to read your basic profile and server list so it can show servers where you have relevant permissions. Dashboard actions are limited by the permissions Discord reports and by the permissions granted to the bot in that server.

Server owners and administrators are responsible for choosing bot settings, managing roles and channels, and ensuring that their server members receive any notices required for their use of the bot. You must not use the bot or dashboard to evade Discord's rules or permissions.

Minecraft client and updates

The API may provide version metadata and update files for the client. You are responsible for deciding whether to install an update and for keeping backups of your files. Do not use the client or update service to bypass Minecraft account authentication, anti-cheat systems, server rules, or applicable law.

xudo.lol is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You allow the services to store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the feature you chose, such as a bot message, giveaway, or server configuration. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

Availability and changes

The services are provided as available and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may remove content, disable a feature, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the services, users, or third parties, or to comply with law.

Third-party services

Discord, Spotify, Google, Cloudflare, OVHcloud, Minecraft, and other linked services are operated by their respective providers and may have separate terms and privacy policies. We do not control their services.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent allowed by law, the services are provided without promises that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the services change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For questions, contact the operator through the xohoes Discord server.
